Sport Bet Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms Malaysia

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Sport Bet ("Company", "we", "platform"). 3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Sport Bet at any one time. Any duplicate accounts detected will be terminated immediately and all balances and winnings in those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at any time upon request by Sport Bet. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your exact date of birth. False or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. Member Sport Bet reserves the right to withdraw valid account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

5.2 Processing Time

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members according to their tier. Sport Bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a specified amount.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by Sport Bet are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each respective offer. The following general conditions also apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus is subject to rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

7.1 Disputed Outcomes

9.1 Termination by User

9.2 Termination by Sport Bet

Sport Bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability Sport Bet to any individual shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that individual within the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bahasa Melayu as the governing version. In the event of any conflict between a translation in another language (if available) and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
